Nadia Moiseieva

MBL Wear — Professional Workwear for Beauty Specialists

"I didn't come here to build a small life. I came to build a business with purpose."

A new month — and a new story I want to share with you. This is the story of Nadia Moiseieva — a woman who wasn't looking for adventure, but learned to take risks because life demanded courage.

In April 2024, she moved from Ukraine to the United States during the war. A new country, a new language, new rules of doing business. No clients, no reputation, no stability. After 15 years of a successful career in the beauty industry, she had to start from zero again.

But she said something very powerful: "I didn't come here to build a small life. I came to build a business with purpose." And she did exactly that.

In October 2025, they launched MBL Wear — professional workwear for beauty specialists. By that time, they already had a warehouse in the U.S., a website, and active social media… but no sales. Complete silence.

That's the moment when many people give up. But not them. Nadia didn't stop. She changed strategies, reached out directly to American professionals, learned, listened, and adapted. Because what works in Europe doesn't always work in the U.S.

And one more thought from her that truly stayed with me: "Moving across the ocean taught me that if you've survived the biggest risk — starting life from scratch in a new country — then everything else is possible."

Today, they are actively growing. They've built a strong product that truly solves a real problem for beauty professionals. What impressed me the most — her partner Alina continues working from Ukraine, where every day comes with its own risks. But they keep going.

This story is an example for others. It's about the courage to start over, belief in yourself, and the understanding that after the biggest risk — everything else feels possible.
